Manchester Food and Drink Festival from the 7th - 17th October is first up, offering a number of gastronomic delights through the city’s streets and squares. Then it’s the Manchester Literature Festival, running from the 10th - 23rd October which will see authors from around the world share their inspirational work and ideas. Next up is this year’s Manchester Comedy Festival, held from the 17th – 30th October which is promising to be the biggest and best yet with comedians Rob Brydon, Paddy McGuiness, Andy Parsons and Steve Shanyaski. Last but not least, the Manchester Science Festival from the 22nd – 30th October which is a firm family favourite. The 9 day programme will see cutting edge research, scientific discovery shows and creative events.
