Important information
Please note that due to refurbishment the hotel's lift will be out of use until 29 February 2012. The lift works will take place between 10.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday. All guests will be accommodated away from the lifts to minimise any disturbance. During this period, guests will be able to use the existing staff lift.
Wi-Fi costs GBP 20 per week.
Guests are required to produce a valid credit card with pin number at check in, which will be pre-authorised for the full room charges and GBP 50 per day to cover any extras.
Guests who wish to pay their account by debit card may do so and the above amount will be charged in full at check in; any credit balance at departure will be reimbursed through the card.
