Each 4-star apartment features a TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/drier, and a bathroom with bath and power shower.

Each identical self-catering apartment has: 1 double bedroom (double bed), 1 twin room (2 single beds). Plus additional flexible sleeping in the lounge. The large sofa converts into 2 separate single beds with fully sprung mattresses. All linen and towels supplied at outset of stay.

On-site parking is available at the Calton Apartments. Waverley rail station is within easy reach, whilst Princes Street is less than half a mile away.

The Calton Apartments do not have their own reception. Check-in and key collection is from the Abbey Hotel, 9 Royal Terrace, EH7 5AB and apartments are at most a 10-minute walk away. The Abbey Hotel's reception is open until 22:30. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm your estimated time of arrival; contact details are provided on the booking confirmation.

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. An additional cleaning charge will be made if, on departure, it is found that guests have been smoking in the apartments.

For stays 5 nights or over, a full housekeeping service is supplied on 3rd or 4th day.
