Your hosts, Alan and Gill, pride themselves on offering a warm welcome and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The well-appointed and attractively furnished en suite rooms all have tea/coffee making facilities and TVs with Freeview digital channels.

Area information
Scarborough is a traditional seaside town with 2 excellent beaches. The North Bay beach has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag. Both beaches offer traditional donkey rides, while Peasholm Park is a lovely relaxing area where you can take a boat ride, enjoy a walk and see the squirrels and ducks. Scarborough also has a busy town centre filled with many popular and unusual shops.

By Public Transport:
The Grosvenor is situated on Scarborough's South Bay, just 400 metres from Scarborough Railway Station and also within easy walking distance of the bus station.
By Car:
- Follow the signs to the South Bay/Spa Complex.
- This will bring you down Valley Road.
- Grosvenor Road goes off to the right and the guest house is actually on the junction and is very easy to find.
Parking;
Parking is available at an additional cost. One ticket covers up to 4 days parking.
