Depending on the number of guests staying during the period September to April, a breakfast tray is sometimes served in guests' rooms instead of the usual buffet. The restaurant and reception have limited opening hours, and sometimes the reception is unstaffed.

Please note that the hotel has limited service from October 2011 until April 2012. During this period, the pool will be unavailable and guests will have access to the fitness centre and pool at Borgholms Badhus.
