Requests for late arrival are subject to a surcharge and must be confirmed by the property.

Your apartment could be located anywhere in the San Marco district in the historical centre of Venice.

After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of San Marco Apartments representatives. Please remember to call 7 days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative.

At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival.

The staff will meet you at the public water bus station that is closest to the apartment.

A deposit is due at check-in and can be paid by credit card or cheque. It will be refunded at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Please note, cash payments over EUR 1000 are not permitted under current Italian law.
