This newly renovated 4-star hotel is just 500 metres from the V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. It has an outdoor pool, massage services and panoramic views of Table Mountain.

The modern rooms at the Protea Hotel Victoria Junction are equipped with satellite TV, a tea/coffee maker and a spacious work desk. The hotel also offers apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area.

For lunch and dinner, the Set Restaurant serves lamb burgers and South African wines. Guests can also enjoy international dishes at the cozy Moulin Rouge booths, which have red velvet seats and chandeliers. Exotic cocktails prepared with fresh fruit are served at the bar.

Travel information

By car:
- Follow the N1/N2 to the Waterfront junction.
- The CTICC and Arabella Sheraton should be on your left.
- Cross the first (Coen Steytler Road) and second junction (Hans Strijdom)
and turn right onto Somerset Road at the third junction.
- Continue ahead, passing a Caltex station on your left and a BP station on
your right.
- Turn right at the next set of traffic lights.
- The hotel is on the corner on the right-hand side.
- Immediately on your right you will see an underground parking sign.
