The Festival Apartments are well-equipped serviced apartments, 10 minutes' walk from the shops of Princes Street. The Writers' Museum is just a minute's walk away.

The one-bedroom apartments are furnished in a traditional style, and consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. They all have a TV with Freeview channels, and a DVD player.

Edinburgh Rail Station is also a 10-minute walk away. A wide range of restaurants are available on nearby George Street.
