Each 4-star apartment has a lounge with Freeview digital TV and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen including washer/drier, crockery, cutlery and cookware, glassware, drying cloths. Each bathroom has a bath and power shower and toiletries are supplied.

Each of the eight apartments within the building have 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room. Also, the large comfortable sofa in the lounge converts into 2 separate single beds with fully sprung mattresses. All linen and towels supplied and housekeeping service provided for stays over 5 nights.

On-site parking is available at the Calton Apartments.

The Calton Apartments do not have their own reception. Check-in and key collection is from the Abbey Hotel, 9 Royal Terrace, EH7 5AB and apartments are at most a 10-minute walk away. The Abbey Hotel's reception is open until 22:30. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm your estimated time of arrival; contact details are provided on the booking confirmation.

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. An additional cleaning charge will be made if, on departure, it is found that guests have been smoking in the apartments.

For stays 5 nights or over, a full housekeeping service is supplied on 3rd or 4th day.
