A damages deposit must be paid on arrival, by credit card:
For luxury apartments for 1-6 Adults: EUR 400
For apartments for 1-6 Adults: EUR 300
Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments:
For luxury apartments for 1-6 Adults: EUR 115
For apartments for 1-6 Adults: EUR 90
Please note check-in during the following times will incur the following additional charges:
After 21.00: EUR 30
After 01.00 : EUR 50
Please note there is an additional charge for the arrival payment with the following credit cards:
- Visa and Mastercard: 2%
- American Express: 3.5%
Please note that deposits paid in cash will be returned at the apartments office from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00, after inspection of the apartments. If the departure day is on a weekend or public holiday, deposits will be refunded via bank transfer. This will incur an additional cost of between EUR 3 and EUR 8, depending on bank charges.
