- Follow the signs to Cape Town/Waterfront/Sea Point;
- Follow this route until Buitengracht Road;
- At the third set of lights, turn right into Somerset Road;
- After about 1.2km at the News Cafe, turn left into Ashstead Road;
- Follow road up and turn right into Leinster Road;
- Avatara is on the left-hand side.
